Consisting of experienced guidance workers, our Student Services team is able to offer help with the various issues which may affect your student and personal life. Advice is offered on finance, welfare, careers, higher education and health related matters.

Within Student Services, our Admissions team will provide you with the course and college information you need to choose your path to success. The Admissions team provide you with advice and guidance before you join a course, so that you know exactly what it is you will be doing and what facilities are available to you.


Giving our students support and guidance
Trained counsellors are available should you have an issue that causes you concern.

A confidential service is offered which helps you decide how to tackle issues that can be solved and come to terms with those that can't. Counselling respects your right to make your own decisions at all times.


Life After College: Money matters
The Careers Advisors at Calderdale College are able to help you plan ahead for life after college, whether it is employment or university you are aiming for.
Extra Support
Calderdale College offers a range of extra support services for those who need it, to make sure everyone has access to our facilities regardless of disability. We can arrange for you to discuss your needs in private with our friendly and trained staff.
