Celebrating Adult Learners in Calderdale

Adult Learners in Calderdale came together on Wednesday 25th May as part of Adult Learners Week to celebrate their achievements.

Over 100 adult learners gathered for an informal awards ceremony hosted by Calderdale College, to receive certificates and special awards including High Street Vouchers.

There were opportunities to view a display of adult learners’ photographs in the Gallery One at the Halifax Creative and Conservation Skills Centre as well as observe stone carving and interior design demonstrations.

It was a chance for learners and their families to take stock and feel proud of their achievements.

Well done to all who received their awards and thanks to all who attended and made it such an inspirational evening.
